• 3 cups carrots (peal & cut)
  • 10 Saltine Crackers – crushed
  • 2 Tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 Tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • Boil carrots in salted water until soft (20-25 min)
  • Drain & save 2/3 cup liquid
  • Mash carrots… Hand mash.
  • Stir in ingredients… Add liquid
  • Grease bowl… add cheese on top…
  • 350 for 15 minutes.
