Here is the spicy chicken sandwich recipe from the Alabama girl:

Here is the basic recipe…… I add about 1/2 cup siracha and “hot as hell” seasoning to the buttermilk and soak at least 30 minutes…. I use a seasoned flour mix and add more “hot” seasoning to taste. Do not use the buttermilk you used to soak the chicken, add fresh buttermilk to the seasoned flour per recipe and fry (I use a deep fat fryer- so much easier!
