FROM TRAUMA TO JOY is currently available in two formats: color ebook and print.

The audiobook is scheduled to be released on April 1, 2025.

There are two print versions:

A 6×9 inch version, which is a standard size for print books.

An 8.5×11 inch “Big Book” version. I created this book so readers could view the 160 images, graphics, and diagrams on a bigger canvas. There are also “Note Pages” in each part of this book for the reader’s personal notations. It’s my favorite version of the two print versions.
