LtCol Neal Puckett, USMC (ret) spent a career as an intelligence officer and a Staff Judge Advocate. As a civilian lawyer, Neal has been involved in defending clients who faced court martials as a results of UCMJ violations at Abu Ghraib and Haditha. Neal joined ALL MARINE RADIO to discuss his career, the structure and role of the DOD’s system of discipline and possible modifications to it in the future.
