The Boston Red Sox won baseball’s World series for the fourth time in 15 years, impressive by any measure.  BUT, how did a team that was carried offensively by Mookie Betts, Xander Bogarts, Adam Beniteri and JD Martinez with without those players playing prominent roles World Series?  The short answer is:  it was a magical run by a team that had improbably players play HUGE roles in the post-season.  We’ll talk about it.
