During Post-Traumatic Winning presentations Mac often laments the fact that “Marines can’t get caught meditating” — because “Meditation” and “Marines” don’t mix — and PTW has been looking for a solution to that problem.  Happy to announce today that we’ve found it — GMFBRR (Getting My Fucking Brain Right) is a breathing technique that can be done in compressed time/high stress situations.  I might, at first glance, be confused for a form of meditation — BUT IT’S NOT MEDITATION!  We’ll talk about it.
