I’m not one for chartering the “black helicopter” but I know bullshit when I see it and Susan Rice’s “cover your administration’s ass” memo is exactly that. She wrote that KNOWING that the Trump Administration would find out what the Obama Administration had done… all of it predicated on false/unverified reports which begs the question — where was the Acting Attorney General (Sally Yates) in all of this? WTF?!
