Police Unions across the nations have been roundly criticized during the past two weeks for their role in protecting police officers with a history of violence. On June 9, 2020 the Police Benevolent Association of New York City held a press conference — I believe it’s important to listen to what they said in the conference if we’re going to move the issue of “policing” to a better place. The press conference is 42 minutes in duration and well worth your time.
