Leadership is a hard business. At times it makes you a star and at times you stand alone — you do both to live up to the oath you swear to the citizens and the municipality you serve. Alonzo Williams is the Sheriff of Burke County in Georgia, he’s been a law enforcement professional for twenty-nine years and appeared on CNN yesterday. His courage is refreshing, he’s unequivocal in what he says. We should all respect that, but most of all we should respect his moral courage in standing up to the digital mobs that are overrunning politicians who are afraid to lead. His moral courage make Alonzo Williams our “Leader of the Day” today, well done Sir.
